Terms & Conditions
By entering and using this website you confirm that you are 18 years old and have the legal right (according to you local laws) to view and order such products that are featured on this site. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below by My JoJo's Ltd. My JoJo's Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

* Purchasing
Please feel free to browse through all of the categories at your leisure. When finding an item that you wish to order please add the item to you Shopping Cart, you can then continue to browse through the site until you wish to check out. When you are ready to leave the site you will be asked to follow some simple instructions to complete the transaction. All sales are subject to availability.
* Secure payment
We use only professional payment services ensuring that all card payments are as safe and secure as is possible.
* Packaging and delivery
We always use strong plain packaging and do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition with no hint of what is inside the package. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs, however, please leave ten days (for UK orders) to receive your delivery before contacting us.
* Delivery Charges
Postage and packaging is charged at £3:25 for all UK (Mainland) Deliveries on all orders under £35. All orders exceeding £35 will receive free delivery. Orders from outside of the UK Mainland will incur postage and packaging at cost to us, as will any "special delivery" instructions requested. For a quote on the charge for your individual postage/packaging requirements please contact us via e-mail or post and we will reply with 2 working days. All packages returned to us as unclaimed by the relevant postal service will be subject to re-postage charges at cost. If a free delivery needs to be re-posted due to being unclaimed then postage will be charged at cost. If a customs declaration is required either "Plastic Toy" or "Clothing" or an appropriate non-obvious description will be used for matters of privacy.
* Guarantee & returns policy
We will always do our best to ensure that your order reaches you in good working condition. If you do find a fault or you find that an item is damaged before you have used it please return it to us with the receipt within 14 days (you will be liable for all return costs and we strongly advise you keep prove of postage). Replacements will be despatched as per a new order. Please note that for some of the more personal items we will be unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened. Your statutory rights are not affected.
* Your Privacy
My JoJo's believes strongly that everybody has the right to privacy. We never disclose buyer's information to any third parties. Cookies may be used on this site to make future visits easier for you.

All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate.
If purchasing in a currency other that UK Sterling (£'s) you will be liable to the exchange rate given to you by your credit card company.
